Tia Streeter placed 58th out of 177 runners to qualify for the State Championships.
The 2014 Orange Empire Conference Championships were held at Fullerton's Craig Park on Friday, October 31st with Orange Coast College claiming the men's title with a time average of 20:42.02 and Riverside City College winning the women's with an average of 18:43.02.
Alethea "Tia" Streeter was named to the All-State Academic Team for Cross Country.
Fullerton showed well at the Brubaker Invitational on Friday at Irvine Regional Park in Orange.
Fullerton fared well at the Golden West Invitational held on Friday at Central Park in Huntington Beach.
The women's team placed 19th out of 25 teams competing at the SoCal Preview held at Woodley Park in Van Nuys last Friday, September 19th. The FC men's team took 14th place out of 29 teams.
Hornet head coach Gina Bevec was honored at the annual 5CTCA convention as the 2013 "Coach of the Year" for women's cross country.
