Fullerton's Mckenna Dunning wasted no time going scoring tear in the first quarter with 3 straight goals in the opening period. Ava Spear added a pair of quick strikes to close the first quarter giving the Hornets a 5-1 advantage.
The Hornets piled on 6 more goals in the second quarter with Ava Spear and Addison Spoonhower joining in on the attack. By halftime, Fullerton had built a commanding 11-2 lead and never looked back.
Dunning finished the afternoon with a game-high 8 goals with Spear scoring 7 of her own. Shayla Summers and Isabella Castaneda both chipped in 3 goals apiece. Eliana Fernandez and Alissa Jacobs each added a goal for a well-distributed offensive effort.
FC goalkeeper Sienna Bertsch was strong in the cage with 11 saves.
