FC EARNING ALL-OEC HONORS

The future looks bright for the Fullerton College women's soccer team as four Hornets were selected to the 2025 All-Orange Empire Conference team.

Freshman forward Edie Pfefferkorn headlined the honors with a First Team All-OEC selection after a breakout campaign. Pfefferkorn led the Hornets in scoring with 8 goals and added 3 assists emerging as the team's biggest threat. Serving as one of the team captains this season, her energy and ability to create chances made her one of the most dangerous players in the conference.

Joining her on the First Team was sophomore center back Gicela De La Rosa, whose leadership as a team captain stabilized the back line all year. De La Rosa combined toughness with composure contributing 1 goal and 2 assists while consistently shutting down opposing attacks.

Fullerton also picked up two Second Team selections showcasing the team's depth and promising youth movement.

Freshman defender Layla Barnhart earned Second Team All-OEC recognition after establishing herself as a strong and reliable defender. Her physical style made her a cornerstone along the back line.

Another trusted team captain, Shiann Rivanis (freshman/forward) made an impact this season using her quickness and athletic ability to put on pressure on the front line.
