Playing in the post-season for the first time in club history, the Hornets placed 6th overall in the Division 2 Western Women's Lacrosse League (WWLL) Championship Tournament.

Fullerton made history qualifying for post-season since the women's lacrosse program began in 2019. On Saturday morning, FC took on Cal Poly San Luis Obispo for the semifinal match at UC Santa Barbara's East Upper Field. Despite a hard-fought battle, the Hornets lost 9-6.
In the 5th Place match played on Sunday morning, Fullerton took on the host of the tournament in UC Santa Barbara and fell 15-5.
Earning WWLL All-League honors were Brooklynn Peters, Robin Gaudette and Aliyah Ortega. A first-year player, Brooklynn Peters was a 1st Team selection finishing the season with a team-high 34 goals. Sophomore Robin Gaudette was also a 1st Team selection, who had 26 goals and led the team with 23 assists. Sophomore Aliyah Ortega was a 2nd Team selection and served as one of the league's top defenders.
It was a very successful season for the Hornets, who locked down the best record in program history at 8-4, while making the playoffs of the first time. The future is bright for this FC squad with many skilled recruits coming in for next season along with the talented returners ready to make another playoff run.
