The stage was set between the University of La Verne and Bethesda last month on November 22nd when former Hornets Noelle Cobb and Aunjanay Chambers faced off against each other for a classic game.
Both Cobb and Chambers received starting nods from their coaches and they did not disappoint.
Cobb, who played for Fullerton from 2013-15, scored a total of 12 points, grabbed 4 rebounds, and had 3 assists on the night.
Chambers played for the Hornets from 2010-12 led her team with a double-double scoring 19 points with 11 rebounds (both game-highs).
Bethesda wound up winning the game 85-72, but it is a treat to see two former FC basketball players squaring off against one another while having success at the next level.
Go Hornets!
