At the Orange Empire Conference meeting on Thursday, it was decided that softball co-head coaches Crystal Aguirre and Marian "Speedy" Mendoza would be named the OEC Coaches of the Year.

After a year-long hiatus due to the COVID-19 shutdown, the FC softball squad was excited to get back on Hornet field on Wednesday afternoon for a doubleheader against Orange Coast College. The Hornets took both games 8-1 and 3-0.
