TWO WINS IN A DAY
After losing on the road yesterday 19-0 to Riverside City College, the Lady Hornets took it out on Orange Coast College today by beating the Pirates 19-0 at home. Before the game started, FC and OCC had to finish the game from last February 26th that had to be called due to darkness in the top of 8th inning. Up 14-9, the Hornets needed two outs to finish the game. FC pitcher Alyssa Felipe walked the first batter and the game quickly ended as OCC hit into a double play giving Fullerton the win.

In the scheduled game, the Hornets came out scorching hot scoring 10 runs in the 1st inning. They went on to score 1 run in the 2nd, 1 run in the 3rd, and 7 runs in the 4th.
Starting pitcher Felipe locked down her 4th win on the season (2nd on the day) tossing 5 innings and allowing only 1 hit, 3 walks, with 3 strikeouts.
Offensively, Fullerton's Niki Chapman went 3-4 with 4 RBIs and a run. Every Hornet that batted got on base by hitting (13 total) or walking (10 total).
Up Next: FC (8-20, 4-9) will travel to Santa Ana College on Wednesday, April 3rd. Game time is at 3:00 pm.
