MENDOZA PLACES 2ND - HORNETS PLACE 4TH AT THE XC KICKOFF

Off to a strong start to the 2024 season, the Fullerton College men's cross country team ran well at the XC Kickoff that was hosted by Cuyamaca College at Harry Griffin Park.

Out of 51 competitors, the Hornet's Jonathan Mendoza (freshman / Anaheim High) showed out with a 2nd place finish with a time of 16:39.

Zidane Ras ran well crossing the finish line as the 14th runner with a time of 17:25. Rounding out the rest of the field were Louis Guardado (19th place / 17:40), Sebastian Conde (28th / 18:13), Lucas Allen (31st / 19:00), Alexander Alvarenga (33rd / 19:30) and Vincent San Paolo (44th / 21:48).
