Fullerton College sophomore guard Jaqari Miles has taken the next step in his basketball journey officially signing his National Letter of Intent and Revenue Sharing deal with Division I California Baptist University.
Miles was a key force in Fullerton's run to the Orange Empire Conference championship last season, averaging 14.6 points, 2.7 rebounds, and 1.7 assists per game while helping lead the Hornets all the way to the state title game. His athleticism, shot creation, and late-game poise quickly made him one of the conference's most feared scorers.
Now four games into the new season, Miles has elevated his game even further. Ranked No. 2 in the state, the Hornets are fueled in large part by Miles' hot start as he leads the team with 69 total points, while adding 14 rebounds and 7 assists. His consistency and ability to take over offensively have positioned him as one of the premier guards in California.
Miles played high school basketball at West Ranch High School where he graduated in 2023. Miles led West Ranch in points, assists and steals. He also scored over 1000 points in two varsity seasons.
Congratulations Jaqari!
Once a Hornet, Always a Hornet!
