Bio

RJ Johnson joined the Fullerton College men’s basketball program after a standout career at Carson high school where he averaged 12 points, 13.5 rebounds and 5.7 blocks per game as a senior. Johnson was a three-year starter for the Colts, helping them reach the playoffs in each of those three seasons. Johnson was one of the premier interior defenders in the state in his final high school season. Johnson’s 125 total blocks in the 2019-20 season ranked him 37th in the country and his 5.7 blocks per game average put him among the top 20 in the nation and fourth in the state of California. Johnson chose to attend Fullerton College due to the combination of its highly-regarded academics and championship level men’s basketball program. Johnson is planning to major in Marketing and lists hanging out with his friends as his favorite non-basketball activity.
