Bio

Freshman power forward and center Vaj Rice graduated from Valley Christian High School before choosing to attend Fullerton College. At Valley Christian, Rice played four years of varsity basketball where he earned CIF Second All League in 2014 and 2015, averaging 11 points, and 7.2 rebounds per game throughout his high school career. His senior year he averaged 13.1 points and 7.9 rebounds per game, his highest through his four years playing.

Rice idolizes his grandfather and his mom and mentions Shaquille O’Neal as his favorite basketball player. Outside of basketball, he likes to travel and listen to Drake, Kendrick Lamar, Kanye West, and J. Cole.
