The Hornet family lost a coaching legend one year ago today in Hal Sherbeck. He passed peacefully in his sleep on August 3, 2014 at the age of 86.
Please join us for legendary football Coach Hal Sherbeck's Celebration of Life and Sculpture Dedication Day on Saturday, August 29, 2015 from 12:30 PM to 5:30 PM.
Coach Sherbeck led the Fullerton College Football Hornets from 1961 to 1991 winning three national titles, sixteen conference titles, owned a forty-seven-game unbeaten streak, and amassed 241 total wins, which by the time of his retirement, were the most ever by a community college football coach.

2:00 pm: Celebration of Life, Fullerton College Campus Theatre
3:15 pm: Hall of Fame Tour, Library and Gym Lobby
3:30-5:30 pm: Sculpture Dedication, Sherbeck Field
