VIOLA SIGNS WITH CBU!

Hornet All-Conference infielder Luke Viola made it official signing with California Baptist University.

Viola earned 1st Team All-OEC honors after an impressive freshman campaign, establishing himself as one of the conference's most reliable infielders. Appearing in 42 games, Viola hit .340 with 48 hits, 39 RBIs, 27 runs scored, and 8 stolen bases, anchoring the Hornet lineup with a strong bat and steady defense.

Now in his sophomore season, the Bishop Amat High School product has 4 hits in 5 games with a double, 3 runs, 2 RBI, and a stolen base.

Next season, Luke won't have to travel too far from home to play for the Lancers, who are gaining a skilled infielder with proven production.
