FUSCARDO GOING ON THE BASEBALL WALL OF FAME

The Baseball Hornets kickoff this season honoring Coach Nick Fuscardo at the Wall of Fame Ceremony on Sunday, January 28th at 1:00 pm.

Hall of Fame Coach Nick Fuscardo is getting his very own plaque on "The Wall" at Hornet Field this Sunday along with nine former players who will be honored for their dedication and service to the FC baseball program.

The 2024 honorees: Nick Fuscardo (1986-2019), Bob Bathe (1980-81), Jim Bennett (1986), Shawn Blankenship (1987-88), Larry Burright (1956), Jim Christensen (1976-77), Bobby Cramer (1998-99), Jeff Curran (2013), Robby DeYoung (1986), and Barry Loomis (1977-78).

Up Next: The FC baseball season begins on Friday January 26th when the team goes to Cerritos College for a non-conference game. The first pitch goes out at 1:00 pm. Then on Saturday, January 27th the Hornets have their home opener as Cerritos comes to the Fullerton. Game time is at 12:00 pm.

Also, on Monday, January 29th the 2024 Nick Fuscardo Hornet Baseball Golf Tournament will take place at the Alta Vista Country Club with many former players, fans, faculty, going to this fun-filled event.
